Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
We pride ourselves on speed. All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.
Packaging
We understand that collectors expect perfection. We do not use flimsy envelopes. All PBGRADE orders are dispatched in rigid, reinforced packaging designed to prevent bending or corner damage during transit.
Carriers
We ship from our warehouse in Sarasota, Florida. Our primary carriers are USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once your shipping label is generated.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their specific country.
Return Policy

Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Opened packs that have been used/handled are generally not eligible for a full refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within a few days.
Exchanges & Defects
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@planetbanknote.com.
How to Return
To return your product, please contact us first for a Return Authorization.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error or a defect).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
